Our e-commerce system is hosted on an internal ecommerce platform, utilizing Supabase database infrastructure and Razorpay payment services.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Orders and Product Availability

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
• Cancellation Rights & Refunds: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Please review our Refunds and Complaints Policy for details. (Check N Buy Store does not offer refunds or returns on purchased products except as required by law).
• Delivery Delays & Product Availability: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or shipping delays. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Customer Accounts & Security

If you register for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password. We implement fraud prevention measures and reserve the right to suspend accounts violating safety rules.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments on Check N Buy Store are processed securely through Razorpay.

• We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• You represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
• In case of failed payments or transaction errors, please contact your banking institution or our support. Refunds are handled in accordance with our return guidelines.

• Image Discrepancies: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual images may vary slightly depending on your device screen.
• Pricing & Inventory: Prices are subject to correction for errors. All products are subject to inventory availability.
